Mary Steiner began practicing Pilates in 2009 after undergoing a hip replacement surgery. As a lifelong runner she was anxious to get back to exercising but was no longer able to run. She was introduced to Pilates through her trainer and was amazed at the difference it made in healing her body and mind. This served as the spark that ignited her passion for sharing this form of low impact exercise with others. 

Since then Mary has opened her own studio and achieved the highest level of certification for Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel and Tower from Peak Pilates. While Mary specializes in helping clients with physical challenges such as Parkinson’s, MS, and hip replacements, she truly believes that Pilates is for everyone. Ultimately, she hopes to help her clients become the best versions of themselves by achieving a greater level of strength, flexibility, and endurance regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.
