 We have a range of classes available for you to select from all enhancing your movement experience with us. Please see class descriptions below and if you have any questions about the suitability of a session for your body, please do not hesitate to contact us

Private Session

 Private sessions utilizing the Reformer, Tower or Stability Chair. Private Sessions offer a workout tailored to your personal needs with in-depth instruction, hands on assistance, and a detailed analysis of your movement potential. Private Sessions are a great way to quickly increase your body knowledge, to find your most efficient and effective coordination for improving muscle tone and flexibility, and to ultimately get the fastest results out of your exercise program. 

Duets Session

Duets Session

Duets are fun and motivating - and a great way to make sure you do Pilates regularly because you are doing it with a friend, family member or colleague.  Two people bring a certain energy and joy to a session because you are each there for yourself and support the other in achieving their goals.
